How long does shipping take?
Each piece is printed after you order it, which takes 2–5 business days. Post is then typically 3–5 business days within the US. Shipping is quoted live at checkout from the print house — we don't mark it up.
What is your return policy?
A misprint, a flaw, or the wrong item is entirely on us: tell us within 30 days and we'll remake it, with no return postage to pay. Because every piece is made for one person specifically, we can't take back a correctly printed shirt that simply didn't suit — so please check the size guide before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't gone to print yet, almost certainly. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we'll try to catch it. Once printing starts the shirt exists and can't be un-made.
Do you ship internationally?
Checkout quotes live rates for the country you enter, so if a price appears, we ship there. Any customs or import duty is set by your country and isn't included.
How do the shirts fit?
A relaxed straight cut — not boxy, not slim. True to size for a classic fit; size down if you want it closer. Full measurements are on every product page under Fit & Sizing.
Why does the colour vary slightly?
The garments are dyed after they're made, which gives them their depth and softness but means no two are precisely identical. That's the process working, not a fault.
